you seem confused about what you're explaining. i don't have a standard programs folder, and there are two .x86 files in the same directory. also, i'm running on a 64-bit os.

At first, after setting up my operating system, I opened regedit and moved the Programs folder to the second drive. That’s all I did.

That sounds like the problem, so it's a new PC then and did everything before that work fine?
