my steam has begun downloading games with a limit of 5MBs, whereas it usually takes around 30 or 47MBs based on internet speed. I’ve reached out to my provider, and everything on their end looks normal. After resetting the router and running some built-in checks, the issue still persists—no changes have been made. I’m a bit confused about this and suspect it might not be a server overload problem.
