It seems to be the Linux boot manager. I expected it to be swapped for Microsoft's version following a partition failure.

I saved the program straight from Microsoft’s page, and it worked on my USB drive. I faced issues with UEFI before using Rufus to install the ISO.

You can try using another method to format the disk. Let me know if you need guidance on that.

Generated a quick or full format using DiskGenius. Warning: the interface is cluttered—use DBAN and DiskWipe carefully. This method works on Windows.

For an M.2 SSD, you can utilize UEFI settings (MSI refers to this as 'drive erase') to reset or, if needed, you'll have to start a live setup to erase the drive—a process that will take some time.

All the sections on that storage device must be cleared, or you need to access the GRUB options and redirect it to the Windows installation. Focus on the one containing bootmanager/grub. (I’m not very familiar with Linux or GRUB, though I know Windows can boot from GRUB while Linux cannot.) Here are the partitions on my SSD and their contents. The first is the Microsoft recovery partition, which holds files to restore Windows. The second is the location of the boot manager. The third is the user-accessible drive, where Windows and installed programs are stored. Note: skip the diagonal markers—I selected that recovery partition.

Tried diskwipe and Windows 10 installation, but it's not working. Files seem to be copying, yet the system won't start. Have any other ideas?

Using the windows interface, I can even access the drive. It displays files from the installation attempts.
