I checked the specifications for both boards. The Matrexx 30 features a 3.0 USB front panel connector, while the ASRock A520M-HDV uses a USB 3.0/6 connector. Since your motherboard supports USB 3.0 and the case supports USB 3.0/6, they should be compatible.
