I checked my BIOS and tried to increase my RAM's speed. I learned that Ryzen 2nd gen can have higher clock speeds than its core clock, but after adjusting in CPU-Z, the reported clock speed is lower than what the RAM supports. I couldn't find any settings in the BIOS that affect the RAM's clocking.

What are your additional system details?
Your memory speed is listed as 1333MHz, which translates to 2666MHz (DDR = Double Data Rate = 1333x2).
The motherboard must support overclocking for RAM and should have an overclocking option in the BIOS of a suitable board.

The SPD tab provides information about the standard speeds the RAM supports by design. By default, DDR4 operates at 2133 MHz unless adjusted. For higher speeds, enable the XMP profile in the BIOS, which utilizes the SPD table to apply the optimal settings, or manually increase the clock speed as needed.

Dugimodo mentioned I forgot a screenshot. The SPD tab will show the standard speeds the RAM supports. By default, DDR4 runs at 2133 unless you adjust it. For higher speeds, enable XMP in BIOS to use the SPD table or manually overclock.

I examined the process step by step to attempt an overclock for your RAM. Since it's already at its rated speed but with less optimal timing settings compared to the XMP profile, I adjusted the parameters accordingly.
