I opened my screen and it felt like it was inside a digital loop, mostly green with some blue streaks moving across it like a wormhole distortion. Around the edges it looked like water damage, though I haven’t seen any. It seems to be an OLED from about three and a half years ago—I’m not sure if I left it on every day then. The power connector has a strange plug that keeps buzzing when you move it, suggesting it’s been stressed by being under my desk or knocked around. Since I’m using a mobile device, I can’t send any evidence, so you’ll have to trust me—I’m in a tough spot. Any advice would be appreciated. Edited April 23, 2023 by Brokenmonitor

You have the option to capture a photo with your device or record audio and include it here. It appears your display is malfunctioning. You might locate a refurbished monitor at lower prices compared to repairing this unit. Options include Ebay, Amazon, Offer Up, Craigslist, or a thrift store if you need something affordable.
