Spent a lot of time playing casual games... usually came in 3rd or 4th place or even first, I'm MG2. Competed against DMG and some higher ranks too. Even in losses...

MG's remain "Bad" in the match (though I'm MG2).

It varies; both strong and weak players appear across all levels... especially in higher tiers where losses happen quicker.

It's a joke, right? Casual is packed with silvers, almost every match I've played I'm first, maybe even better. They all line up nicely for you to take down enemies, and yesterday I landed a quad headshot in just two seconds. Casual gets that name for a reason—even beginners can beat fragile players in casual. And no, MG2 isn't above the norm; DMG/LE is still solid.

Beat DMG's in a chill vibe... even higher tiers too... just to mention it. I know because they asked me my rank and they really wanted to understand. Also... I’m not sure where you’re from, but how can the 4th place be considered above average? This isn’t the original source or 1.6, where player numbers are based on that. CSGO is way more popular.

To confirm my point, I had to search through my Steam photos earlier, Suspect remains DMG and the other player is now LE.

I've won against LEMs during my time as MGE, so that argument falls away. MG2 isn't exceptional either—it's quite simple to reach GNM, you don't have to be very good. You still run into many strong novas who aren't even familiar with the game's fundamentals.

People will realize ranks have no real value. Everyone can improve and cheat to climb them. Global terms lose meaning, silver holds no significance, and in games like CoD or BF they don’t matter at all. The only takeaway is that playing often is what counts.

For CoD, BF, and similar titles, your standing is built solely through experience. In games like LoL and CS:GO, it's achieved via talent or duration. With LoL CS, rankings appear more prone to challenge.
