I need to update my permanently deleted Gmail address on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. I’m trying to regain access to my Instagram to modify its email, as the Gmail account was removed without explanation.
On my phone, I can log in, but not on my laptop. The app suggests changing the Instagram email via Facebook, which isn’t possible for me since I don’t have access to Facebook anymore—I haven’t used it in a while and can’t log in because the associated Gmail is gone.
I also found out that changing the email on Facebook requires being logged in, and doing it through Instagram is necessary.
The main issue is my deleted Gmail address, which cannot be recovered.
When trying to sign in to Gmail, it displays an error saying "Couldn't find your Gmail Account." Even when I enter my phone number, the system responds with "Something went wrong, try again later."
I discovered that the "Find your email" feature doesn’t work at all for me.
This situation is really frustrating, and I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this problem.

I believe the best approach is to reach out to meta via one of their forms, explaining your issue and hoping for a response. They likely require proof of identity, which might be simpler with an Instagram account. I doubt you'll succeed by contacting Google.
