Earlier I purchased Hogwarts Legacy and upgraded my PC, but after installing it, I realized my Epic Games library was empty. Now I’m trying to recover the game.

They’re not the only one—someone else’s account also got games but it disappeared too. Now I’m not sure anymore and have stopped using it. I’ve lost confidence in the company and closed the account. You might try reaching out to them and check if your games are still there, bringing any receipts if you have them.

Collect emails from Epic with the subject "Your Epic Games Receipt..." to confirm your purchase proof. Once you have them, reach out to Epic using your invoice number or order ID and ask for clarification on why the game appears missing from your account. Stay polite throughout the process.
