So I currently have the Avenger included in my single-ship pledge, but with the Gladius gone today—timing it with a paycheck—I’m thinking about adding another vessel. I picked the Avenger because it’s versatile enough for both combat and general duties. I’m aiming for bounty hunting to be my main income source, and its compartments fit that well. The cargo space is also solid for supplies or small trades. I’m considering a Cutlass next since I want a dedicated fighter with extra room for trading and exploration. It has a bigger cargo hold than the Avenger, which would help with transactions. I’m weighing options: spend credits now to get both ships, or save some to eventually unlock a constellation. A larger ship like a Connie could also work if it suits my needs better. My Avenger’s strong TR5 main thruster means its range might be limited, so that’s something to keep in mind.

I love the constellation and the freelancers. Both have multiple roles and a lot of gear. I’d pick the Connie.

the connie is nice, and gets you the snub fighter as well, but the freelancer is smaller and needs less people and maintence. the cutlass, it a raiding/search and rescue ship Personally I went with the cutlass and freelancer. also the connie is still in production and has several variants coming out so I would say wait for those to hit and see if one strikes your fancy.

It's disappointing I lacked funds when the Military Freelancer was on offer. I would have secured it right away. I purchased the Gladius and invested $50 in credits. I'll continue saving until (hoping) they announce a military or weapon-focused Constellation.
