Are you checking for similar filters as well? If not, you might consider using a separate PC to run PFSSL. If you intend to filter HTTPS and antivirus, Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition could work, though it needs an extra machine and a free install.

It can be affordable with 4 cores and 4 GB of memory; you probably need to purchase an Ethernet card unless your setup has two ports.
