I built my PC a few years back and have faced occasional freezing issues. Right now, the setup looks like this: ASROCK x670e with a Ryzen 9 7900x, Corsair Vengeance RGB 5200mhz, Evga ftw3 3070ti, a 1000-watt power supply, and two 2TB Samsung 990 Pro M.2 SSDs. It runs Windows 11 with Wi-Fi that sometimes disconnects abruptly, causing the screen to tear. Latency spikes to over 1000 ms, and wireless devices connect and disconnect instantly. I’ve tested everything—drivers updated, BIOS reinstalled, Windows reinstalled, and even tried overclocking the CPU and GPU. I ran at base speeds or with XMP settings at 4800mhz, but it still struggled. Now only my original GPU remains. I’m really stuck and would appreciate any suggestions.

You're referring to chipset drivers, BIOS, and firmware for the 990. If everything else matches, there might be a driver problem or a hardware issue.

Chipset, BIOS, and all the details. I haven’t updated the firmware on the 990 yet, but I’m willing to give it a shot. Everything else is already current. I think the issue might be related to the GPU, but it’s unclear why USB devices would behave strangely. I suspect it could be linked to latency or instability, though other factors seem inconsistent with that idea.

CPU usage around 60-70, GPU usage 70-80 while both are under load.

This feature hasn’t been explored before. Where can I locate it to try it out? It’s something I’ve never encountered before, which makes me curious.

Yes, it can happen. Removing the GPU and relying on integrated CPU graphics may reduce performance, especially for demanding tasks.

My integrated graphics are handling the second monitor, but I suspect there might be tearing issues. I haven’t found any stress tests that accurately mimic the problem. I’m considering using only the integrated graphics temporarily to check if it resolves the issue.

Have you consistently paired your iGPU with your main GPU? How does performance change when only the dedicated GPU is utilized?
