Avoid unnecessary steps. Confirm the standoffs match the holes in the motherboard. If aligned, reinstall the board into the case and connect the power switch. Install the case components gradually—USB header first, then audio header. Be cautious of any interference on the headers that could cause shorts.
Placed the MMO in the case and attempted booting only via Power switch pin. It works. But with other headers connected, it fails and enters endless boot cycles when turned on and off. I don’t use the front panel anymore. Usually I’d plug USB sticks or jacks into the MMO directly. It’s okay. Overall, really appreciate all the help and advice from everyone who tried to assist me. Thanks a lot!
Returning the case when it meets current standards is acceptable. If it doesn't work, that's a proper return.
