I’d consider swapping in one of those GPUs together with your existing motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Upgrading to a better processor, new board, and RAM would probably offer more value right now. Focus on a stronger CPU and faster RAM instead, unless you’re doing intensive computing work beyond gaming.

Dr DDR3 is quite old, possibly over five years. A brand new PC is fairly affordable.
