I recently bought a PC from the Facebook marketplace and have been attempting to download games using various methods. Although I’ve updated the drivers, I continue to encounter errors whenever I try. I’m stuck and unsure of what to do, so I’m reaching out for assistance. I’ve already tried troubleshooting steps, including resetting the system multiple times, but it either crashes completely or freezes without allowing any action. I’m not sure what’s happening and need guidance to resolve this issue. Please help me out!

I believe the problem lies with the motherboard. I saw a video showing someone cleaning a PC using that exact board, and it failed. If you replace the motherboard, consider getting a Z170 or Z270 since they support 6th and 7th generation Intel CPUs. The Z370 and Z390 are limited to 8th and 9th generation processors.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out. I understand things can get really confusing when the PC keeps acting up. I’m here to help figure out what might be going on. It sounds like you’re dealing with more than just a simple power issue—maybe something with the motherboard or power supply is involved. I’ll do my best to guide you through it.

It might be the RAM if your system keeps restarting or shutting down on its own. It could also be that the RAM is failing and causing instability.

You're wondering if adopting a fresh perspective would help you understand the situation better.
