on pubg i see my fps dropping to 20 when playing in gta 5 inside the city, while outside it's around 50-40. you can check your pc specs on youtube—some players get 80-90 fps in city. why am i seeing only 50 fps in the city? and in pubg with the same system another player is getting 60 fps, yet my own games show very low gpu and cpu usage.
