So i've been adjusting the voltage and want to know the safe temperature when under load. Right now it's 67 with +30, and 29 when idle. The temperature sensor only reads 58—please let me know.

The discrepancy in temperature readings comes from the fact that the device isn't measuring at the same location. The software's temp monitor is tracking the die temperature, likely capturing a different area than the actual GPU die.

You are adjusting the performance of a graphics card. The software you're using is not specified. The exact component being overclocked is unclear. The cooler attached to the part is also not mentioned. Based on your description, it seems you're enhancing the graphics card's speed.

What components are you enhancing? Which programs are you running? Precisely which part are you boosting? From what you mentioned, it seems you're adjusting a graphics card. I'm using an R9 380x with Sapphire Trixx software.
