The router is repeatedly disconnecting my PS4, and after resetting it, it seems to come back online shortly before cutting me off again.

I attempted to fully reset the device and looked into available firmware updates.

Check if the router supports other gadgets. Have you attempted to restart or reset it? Is the router running the most recent software update?

Hello, it seems unusual for your router to cut you off from the network, so I’m not sure that’s the issue. More likely, your PS4 might be losing its connection to the router due to various factors. First, verify that your PS4 has the most recent software updates and consider removing the current wireless connection (deleting it from the consoles list), then re-establishing the link. If this doesn’t resolve it, there could be a problem with your PS4’s wireless receiver—this can be tested by connecting to another network. Should the router be the root cause, try using a standard Ethernet cable to create a direct connection between the router and your PS4. If everything else checks out but the problem persists, ensure your router isn’t restricting bandwidth or has any admin settings limiting performance. Let me know if this helps!
