I'm dealing with one of the most unusual issues I've encountered in hardware history. With 17 years of experience, this has never been a simple matter. My home setup includes two PCs. The primary machine has the following specs:
MAIN PC (THE PROBLEMATIC ONE):
Ryzen 9800x3d
Asus TUF X670E Plus
2x 16GB HyperX 6000mhz Expo
RTX 5080 GAMEROCK OC Palit
1x NVME pci-e 4.0 2TB
1x NVME pci-e 4.0 4TB
Power supply: Duex 1000w cybenetics gold and teclab
THE SECONDARY PC:
MSI B550 MAG TOMAHAWK motherboard
Ryzen 7 5700x
4x 8GB Asgard B-DIE 3600mhz
RX 680" Tuf Gaming
850w core reactor power supply
THE CHALLENGES:
Ryzen 9800x3d combined with original RAM, Asus TUF X670E Plus, 5080 GAMEROCK: previously functional but now completely unresponsive. White VGA indicator remains on.
Ryzen 9800x3d plus original RAM, Asus TUF X670E Plus, RX 460: video functions correctly.
Ryzen 9800x3d with original RAM, Asus TUF X670E Plus, RX 6800 XT: video failure persists. White VGA light still active.
Initially suspecting a motherboard fault, I swapped in a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite X AX V2. After replacement, the 5080 occasionally displayed video with the Asus TUF, but not with the Gigabyte model.
I experimented with all previous setups using the Gigabyte Aorus, yet no resolution emerged. The same video issue persisted across different configurations.
When testing on a different machine (AM4), the RTX 5080 performed flawlessly, supporting games and daily tasks. The VGA LED illuminated normally.
Uncertain about the cause, I acquired a Ryzen 7900 and two 32GB Hyperx from a friend for further analysis. Placing the RTX 5080 in this machine resolved the problem—games ran smoothly, work continued uninterrupted.
This PC now handles all tasks without issues.
I attempted to troubleshoot with a Ryzen 7900 and two Gigabyte HyperX units, but the VGA LED issue remained unchanged.
I also updated firmware for the GAMEROCK display, reverted BIOS versions, tested HDMI and DP connections with multiple monitors and cables, and even switched to PCI-E Gen 3.0 without success.
Despite extensive efforts, nothing resolved the matter. This situation is deeply frustrating, especially after investing heavily.
My only hope is finding a straightforward solution or advice from someone who has faced this challenge before. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Did you test the 850w power supply in the main computer? You replaced all components but kept the 1000w unit.
