Hello. I'm here seeking suggestions. My brother recently installed an SSD and a 2TB HDD, but mistakenly placed the operating system on the HDD. After some time, corruption occurred and the system stopped functioning. We considered moving the OS to the SSD, but haven't yet wiped the HDD with Cleaner, which seems to be working partially but is uncertain if it will remove data from an OS-enabled drive. I also recalled a similar issue when upgrading my own setup—Windows on an SSD caused persistent problems. Could you help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Create a fresh USB drive, install the media, boot it, and attempt again.
