Consider trying to uninstall your graphics drivers with DDU in safe mode, restart and install the newest driver when you log back in. For a forced safe boot, press the power button until the screen appears, then hold it down three times to start safely.

I developed the installation media by possibly using a damaged USB drive. If you possess the ISO file, you can employ Rufus to recreate a fresh version onto your USB stick or utilize a media creation tool to generate new installation media.

I tested six various USB drives, using only a few of them. I tried two times on two that worked and one time on the other.
