I recently performed a factory reset on an old laptop running Vista. I reviewed the installation steps, but encountered issues with my timezone settings. Since I reside in Greece, I’m unable to locate my timezone on the computer, which causes problems for browsers like IE or Chrome—such as warnings about private connections or incorrect time. Could anyone with relevant knowledge assist me? I really need help resolving this browser issue. Thanks!

That feature doesn't exist in Windows Vista. It's not available in that version.
