I recently moved data from an HDD to a SSD and cleared unwanted files. There might have been some issues during this transfer. Applications aren’t working with the internet except for Internet Explorer, and shortcuts aren’t functioning. I’m unsure what to do. Can I format my PC so only the OS remains on the SSD and then re-download everything? Please help—I don’t know what to do.
