Check your GPU and CPU temperatures, monitor RAM consumption, and verify the HWinfo 64 download. Are there any updates for your BIOS?

Equipment: RTX 3080 AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D with Corsair Vengeance 6000mhz DDR5 RAM, 32 GB Samsung 980 Pro Evo M2 SSD. Performance stays solid at around 50°C under load, with GPU temps near 70-75°C. RAM consumption is about 25%, CPU around 40%, GPU roughly 45%. Usage remains moderate, mainly for OSRS.

Hard disk sentinel monitors the status of your hard drives. I'm ready for you to give it a shot!

Checked my bios, confirmed the motherboard model. Updated it if needed. Verified USB connections are plentiful. Disabled Expo/XMP settings and set frequency to 6000mhz manually. No overclocking applied to any components.

I'm going to refresh my bio now. I have an Asus ROG Strix B650-A Gaming Wi-Fi Mobo with roughly six USB ports. I've manually configured it to 6000 MHz and disabled any overclocking.

Consider disconnecting some devices, just in case I ran into a similar issue with my B550 gaming plus and multiple USBs (resolved after a BIOS update). Any chance?

Low GPU usage often points to a CPU or configuration issue. It examines the storage devices (HDD, SSD, etc.) and flags any problems. Did updating the BIOS assist? If the board includes an outdated BIOS lacking 7800X3D support, that could be the root cause. Avoid manually adjusting RAM speed to 6000—this usually leads to instability; stick with Expo or the standard JEDEC settings.

I refreshed my profile but faced the same issue—every five minutes it still occurs, just once instead of twice. The improvement was minimal.
