Details: AMD R5 2600 B450M system with 8GB Corsair RAM, 1x 64GB Transcend SSD, 1x 1TB HDD, and 1x 320GB HDD GTX 1060. My Windows PC has been experiencing consistent freezes since early September. The freezing lasts around 10 seconds on average, sometimes up to 30 seconds. During the freeze, the screen freezes but resumes functioning later. Mouse movement works normally, and background audio plays without issues. Firefox, Fortnite, and ARK Survival (Unreal Engine games) are affected the most. The worst freezes occur in those applications. I recall instances where the "USB plugged in" and "removed" sounds appeared when freezing ended. Other programs like Vivaldi browser, Premiere, and various apps freeze frequently. My Windows installation history shows updates from a DVD (version 1803 → 1809), but it freezes on every build. I ran Memtest86 Pro and the drive showed no errors after five passes plus two additional tests. Skipped hammer testing for some reason. This issue has been ongoing since the start of the problem.

Consider graphics-related issues. Try resetting and reinstalling your GPU drivers.

The problem continues. I tried a third GPU with the NVIDIA GS7100 on VGA, but it still doesn't work.
