I need assistance: All of the games on my computer are experiencing pauses now.
My computer’s games are now constantly freezing, which is incredibly irritating and makes them impossible to play properly. I’ve owned this laptop for roughly three years.
It’s an Acer Aspire V3-572G equipped with an i7-5500 processor, Intel HD Graphics 5500, and an Nvidia GeForce 840m graphics card. I've set my battery settings to maximum performance, designated the Nvidia card as the primary graphics option, and performed a system cleanup using CCleaner and examined my task manager for any running processes—however, the problem persists.
Previously, these games operated flawlessly, but now they’re performing terribly.
I would really appreciate any assistance you can offer!
