Just keep running at 6400 with UCLK set to MCLK, though speeds won't match even 6000 at 1:1. Maintain 6400 and see if it boots. Turn on EXPO and adjust clockspeed manually to 6000 with UCLK = MCLK. Personally, I'd start at 6400 at full speed without expecting success. Otherwise, go with option 3.
