I was reviewing programs and choosing what to remove. I became a bit too eager... I uninstalled something related to Windows Bluetooth, which caused an error when starting Windows: "There was a problem starting C:\Program Files(x86)\Intel\Bluetooth\btmxshellex.dll" – the module wasn't found. I tried updating my Bluetooth drivers via the manufacturer's site, but that didn’t help. A recent Windows update also failed to resolve it. Any advice?

You might consider reinstalling Windows if desired.
