I messed up?

I might have caused an issue with my computer while attempting to overclock. It frequently shuts down within roughly 20 minutes after starting. What should I do to resolve this? The software in use is msi afterburner.

Is the voltage excessive or is the GPU overheating? (I didn't notice it getting too hot when I tested it with my hand after the crash.)

I restored the optimized default in the BIOS menu. Then discovered I required a higher PSU to provide sufficient power and prevent shutdowns.
