They all lean in a similar manner, almost like tiny springs, unless they veer off course then they bend. It’ll be clear if they are. Minor twists rarely matter because the CPU pushes on the pins and nudges slightly adjusted ones into place. Their pads are fairly wide, so they don’t require extreme precision.
By plugging everything in and turning it on, unless you have specific reason to beleive it may be faulty?
The provided techniques aren't very dependable since a PSU that shows normal readings at startup doesn't always work properly when the computer begins.
It's fine, don't worry about it. You can put it back in as soon as the alcohol dries.
