I had a rough time getting everything ready. I was trying to transfer the desktop, downloads, etc., to my HDD instead of an SSD. My goal was to put them in E:, but ended up putting them there too. I’m not sure they’re still recognized as libraries anymore. Need some help with this.

Stay calm, just switch back to SSD C: and ignore moving files. Then transfer them to the downloads folder on SSD C:—rebooting could help, but it’s probably not necessary. After that, try moving the downloads to E:/downloads again; it should work.
