Dear Support,
I set up a URL Shortcut GPO to generate a URL-based shortcut on desktop, but it isn't functioning for older profiles. Could you explain why this is happening? I have logged in with new profiles and the policy is working fine. Thank you.

Details?
How were the "old user" profiles analyzed in comparison to the "new user" profiles? Were any variations observed?

Are your user profiles required? If not, that's the issue.
