I frequently encounter an Unexpected_Kernel_Mode_Trap. Attempts to resolve it involved a full reinstall, updating Windows, installing all drivers, trying various drivers on both Windows and Nvidia, and even updating the BIOS. However, the system still displays a 2021 BIOS. I've stress-tested both the GPU and CPU using multiple browsers, but nothing has resolved the issue. This error typically appears while streaming content online, such as Amazon Prime Video. The computer functions perfectly in games and other applications, which confuses me about the problem. My PC is a system from about a year ago, running a 3080 Ti watercooled 10900Kf setup with a 32GB Corsair DDR4 850W PSU and an Asus ROG Strix Z590-A.

Apologies for the accidental key press before I could clarify my position.
Turn off all USB-connected devices except keyboard and mouse, then restart. Initiate a disk check by pressing Windows + X and selecting Command Prompt (Admin) or PowerShell (Admin) to address potential file corruption or device issues. Install one device at a time, powering down and restarting from a cold boot until the problem appears, after which reinstall the appropriate driver.
You can examine the mini dump file using WinDbg, which you can obtain from the Store app. Simply type and run or click on "!analyse" in the program. You may also upload the file here for others to review. The Microsoft documentation references: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/window...-mode-trap. It indicates possible issues such as bad OC settings or defective hardware. Consider disabling XMP (DOCP for AMD) or adjusting the RAM voltage slightly, and verify that no OC is active.
I restored everything to the factory settings, but I’ll verify once more to confirm no overclocking occurred. Appreciate the details!
I’m still getting used to the program, so I ended up reinstalling Windows again this time using a USB drive. I kept everything connected except a regular keyboard and mouse, and the basic updates worked. I haven’t had much time to check it thoroughly. It seems like there might be an issue with my Logitech G733 headset or a sound driver problem.
Attempted again after finding RAM online; plan to test it at home. Will also upgrade to Windows 11 with a clean install just to check stability. The problem appears only when using online media players such as Amazon Prime Video, Twitch, and Test Out School. I've run mem tests, Ada 64, played WoW, Future Mark, but the system never crashes.
