I experience the same issue when running GTA V on my brother's PS3. It's frustrating!

I enjoy both titles, though I'm unsure if any of my Xbone games hit below 60fps. I only play GTA V, Forza, COD, and Battlefield @ Wackyalex Forza motorsport, which all run smoothly at 60fps.

lag indicates low FPS since delays mean frames aren't updating quickly.

Lag results from slow data transmission while a FPS drop reflects insufficient processing power for tough visuals.

Others overlook stating what they truly intend, specifically "Graphics Lag equals input latency."

Shadow of Mordor ranks among the least successful titles on PS3, averaging well below 20 with no major features like nemesis mode or similar gimmicks.

Could you clarify what you mean by "forza 5"? Are you referring to a game, a concept, or something else?

I haven't tried that game on the console. I'm not following the latest racing titles much. Mostly, I've stuck with the Need For Speed games.

I felt the same when I played Dying Light on my old Phenom X6/4.0. That was one of the main reasons I switched to Intel. Once I made the change, the game ran smoothly and performed well. I can no longer tolerate low frame rates. 30 fps feels too choppy and bothersome. Even though I still enjoy older games, they don’t match up with modern standards.
