Simple setup of the hard drive, Windows 7 reinstalled now it doesn’t detect the wireless card. Any quick solution? I tried an Ethernet cable and it worked.

Understand the wireless card model and visit the download site for drivers. Since you're on a LAN connection, obtaining the driver is straightforward. Also, look in the device manager to see if a Wi-Fi card shows up.

It can be saved on another device and a flash drive is recommended

You can identify the wireless card without physically opening it by checking its settings or using diagnostic tools.

Open Device Manager should display a yellow mark to retrieve the device ID of that device.
