PC specifications include a Ryzen 7 5800x processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 TI graphics card, Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600 RAM, Redragon PSU007 Gold 850W power supply, and an Asus Prime X570-PRO motherboard. After assembling the PC and booting it up, there were no lights, no fans, and no sound from the power supply. I attempted troubleshooting by verifying the power switch location, testing with a screwdriver, re-seating components, and checking cables. The system came back to life after connecting the PSU properly, along with lights, fans, and a clear click. I also tried clearing CMOS without success. I suspect the issue might be on the motherboard since it was purchased from Amazon Renewed. I’m considering revisiting the search unless someone else has suggestions.

Side note: When I connected the PSU, a strip of LEDs on the front panel burned out, creating a visible gap in the protective plastic cover. This seems unrelated, but I’d appreciate your input if it matters.

Welcome to the forums, new member!
Redragon PSU007 Gold 850W
I hope you chose a well-made, trusted power supply. Since you've invested in other components, it makes sense to do the same for your PSU.
Build it on a breadboard and use only one stick of RAM in slot A2, no storage drive, CPU and cooler, and a discrete GPU.

Thanks for your reply, I was almost done with that already, but I removed the Storage yet and still nothing happened. You think it might be the PSU? I thought Redragon wasn't the most trustworthy brand, but I liked the look. It was around 125, so not the cheapest option at least. I could try swapping it if you think that could be the problem.
