I just installed a new PC, and when I power it on, the fans start spinning for a moment but nothing happens.

AMD RYZEN 5 5600G features a 3.9GHZ 6-core CPU built for the ASRock B550M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 platform. It includes 16 GB of RAM (2 x 8 GB) using G.Skill Ripjaws V memory with DDR4-3600 CL18 speed. The system is paired with a 500GB Samsung 980 PCI Express 3.0 x4 M.2 SSD and a SeaSonic S12III 550W power supply that holds the 80+ Bronze certification. I attempted to re-seat the RAM, verified all cables, and adjusted the CMOS jumpers.
Do you rely on a separate GPU or are you utilizing the built-in graphics via the processor? Are the fans operating at maximum speed continuously? Is there a BIOS beeper available for diagnosing any issues? Are any storage devices connected? Does the motherboard run the most recent BIOS compatible with your CPU?
I’m not entirely clear on what you’re referring to. If you have another computer, you can usually save the BIOS update file onto a USB stick. Connect the stick to your PC and start it up in BIOS mode. Then locate the tool for flashing the motherboard BIOS, such as EZFlash or QFlash.
No output shows up on my screen, so accessing the BIOS isn't possible, the fans stop spinning for a brief moment and that's all
