It's happening again with the exact same error messages in the Event Viewer. Can you figure out how to tell if the problem is caused by a bad driver or something else?

Going down to 572.16 looks a bit safer, even if that's happening once or twice in a while. Do you know how to fix it?

I get this error often when my PC starts after an update to 21H1. It says Windows couldn't load the sysmain.dll file from the system32 folder in C:\Windows\system32\. The error message is a bit confusing: Win32, but it happens without showing any blue screen or stopping the computer. I've tried memtest and even replaced parts like PSU and GPU, but nothing fixed this until now. It's frustrating because my PC just keeps failing to load that DLL after every update.

So I found that one setting now works fine. When I turned off sparse grid supersampling from selective, no more crashes happen. I have my save files ready and posted them on the Steam support page for testing. So what do you guys think? Is this a bug made by the developer or caused by an Nvidia driver?

I believe there is a problem with the game, so that's what I'm thinking about right now.

Turned out my power supply had a setting for multiple rails when I started up. Switching back to just one rail fixed the problem.
