I connected the H510 Elite and NZXT Z490 motherboard, left all cables ready, and now I'm trying to boot Windows 10 but the screen isn't showing anything. The liquid cooler is also not powering on.

Some cables are included with your AIO liquid cooler to connect and enable it to work. Without them, the device won’t turn on or power the pump.

Did you connect the power to the AIO? Also verify that the HDMI or DP ports are linked to the GPU, not the motherboard.

The only cables included were those passing through the fan attached to the hose end. I plugged the labeled "in" into the case fan, the unlabeled one didn’t fit anywhere, and connected the other two—unlabeled ones—to the CPU fan and the air pump. Those two are visible in the top photo.

There's also a 12v atx 4 pin plug in motherboard that you haven't connected try connect that also from psu.

Make sure the GPU is fastened using the thumb screws or the ones you removed for the color plates before putting it in. Do you have your cable connected to the GPU or the motherboard?
