You set up the PC with the components you described, but it didn’t boot or run any fans. The RGB display worked, so the issue might be with the power supply or its connection. Try using a different power supply to rule out that problem. If that doesn’t help, check the PSU’s voltage and connections carefully.

Verify that every component is properly installed and connected. If required, detach or disconnect all items except one RAM module and the graphics card to test booting.

Checking the RGB settings on the motherboard or PSU only? The fan on the PSU isn't spinning either. Could the case-to-MBO card switch not be wired correctly? Updated January 9, 2020 by Bartholomew Misunderstood part of the manual.
