Hello...
The new system setup has limited space for the CPU power cables, making them tight and sharply bent. Is this acceptable?
My case is a HAVN HS 420 with an Arctic Freezer Pro III 420, and the fans are obstructing parts I didn’t anticipate. Additionally, some components from my ASUS Rog Strix X870-F are blocking the cables, causing them to pinch between the fan and another part. Should I leave it like this? Am I overlooking a simpler alternative? Are there adapters that allow a 180-degree turn safely?
Everything is functioning well so far. Also, I’m having trouble routing the cables through the openings directly behind the plug. The cables were too tightly packed, preventing me from placing the radiator properly. Thank you for your assistance.

You might want to include images of the build overall, including the rear of your case. You've zoomed in on the area you think is affected.
IMHO, you should be routing wires behind the motherboard tray, not over it. I also feel like you didn't build your system in the right order, whereby you manage the cables after introducing the motherboard and PSU, then add the AIO to the top.
Please list the specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

You might want to include images of the build overall, including the rear of your case. You've zoomed in on the area you think is affected.
IMHO, you should be routing wires behind the motherboard tray, not over it. I also feel like you didn't build your system in the right order, whereby you manage the cables after introducing the motherboard and PSU, then add the AIO to the top.

Initially, I attempted to route the cables behind the motherboard, which only made the problem worse by preventing me from getting the radiator back on. I assembled everything correctly and managed to remove the radiator easily using just two screws, even though it's secured into a metal grate that attaches to the case. The components include a Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor, an Arctic Liquid Freezer Pro III 420 cooler, Asus ROG Strix X870-F Gaming WiFi motherboard, 64GB Corsair Dominator 6000MT/s RAM, a WD Black SN8100 4TB SSD, an RTX 4080 Super GPU, and a NZXT C1200 Gold PSU. The chassis is an HAVN HS 420.

It could lead to serious issues if cables are bent sharply at the connector end. Those GPUs were known for their connectors melting and even igniting. 90 degree adapters exist and might be a better option if you have to use them, but make sure to check which ones are safe. Some caused more problems. You can find many examples on YouTube.

Thank you, but I need to clarify whether the CPU power connectors might be affected too. I understand the problem with the newer 12vhpwr cables, but I'm not sure if the CPU ports on the motherboard share the same concerns or if there are other issues with the setup.

The motherboard connectors aren't affected by the same problem as GPUs.
@Lutfij
That's correct though, you usually run those cables under the motherboard tray down to your PSU.
Even with limited space in your case, you should be able to adjust the placement for better routing.

Using adapters for EPS12V connections is definitely an option, but it's the last thing I'd try. Lining up openings can be troublesome and I just don't like using adapters in general if there's a safer way.
When you tried to route through the back were you using the openings right above the EPS12V connectors?
If so there appears to be a longer opening next to those and it might be viable to use that for at least one of the two cables. This would minimize the curve of the cable and may let it lay flat enough.

Irrelevant is the type of connector used; sharp bends at the connector can easily pull out or hinder proper contact.

From examining your situation, it appears that using a 420mm radiator with three 140mm fans creates a very tight fit at the top. Above the 12vEPS power supply there is a rubber grommet where the cable should pass through. I’ve noticed that the flexibility of the PSU cables varies; depending on their material, it can be difficult to bend them easily. I previously used individually wrapped paracord cables, which were quite inflexible and made routing more complicated. Running a push-pull 140mm fan setup on top of my case has caused issues with these cables. The cables you’re using resemble the standard ones, which seem more adaptable, although they feel stiff when new. If the 180-degree bend to route the cable back through the grommet is too tight, I find it necessary to push more cable through and make a 90-degree turn toward the bottom of the case before looping back through the grommet. This should reduce pressure on the cable but may affect the overall appearance. Additionally, fan cables in that area also need to go through the grommet, so with limited space it’s best to use the next grommet or consider spinning fans at a 90-degree angle to adjust the cable position. It would be helpful to see the EPS cable and understand the specific bend required without the fans in place.
