I increased my RAM speed to 2400 from 2133, but after doing so I noticed stuttering. Then I reverted to auto in BIOS and restarted a few times, yet the issue persisted. On RDR2 (where I usually get a smooth 60), I’m now facing significant stutters. Any advice or solutions?

Begin with a fresh CMOS and start anew on a clean slate.
