BOSD means you've gone beyond BIOS settings, so remove the overclock in your BIOS before it affects the operating system. If using software for overclocking, start in safe mode and reverse the changes.

your overclock is not stable, you should increase the voltage or lower the overclock setting

You are likely going to have to restart the motherboard BIOS...most manuals indicate where the pins should be connected to reset it...some have a button for BIOS reset. After resetting, you might want to proceed with careful overclocking...gradual changes and minor voltage tweaks...Tom has many helpful guides. A 200 MHz increase on a CPU such as a 6300 is not advisable all at once...
