What is the overclock speed? What are the voltage levels? How did you manage to reach this speed? What cooling solutions are you employing now? There are numerous guides on safely boosting an older CPU. The temperatures you're seeing are quite high.

The overclock speed is 2.9ghz. The voltages are not specified here. I reached this by watching some YouTube videos. I’m using the built-in CPU fan and my Thermaltake case includes one fan.

you also lack sufficient case fans. you must be able to establish airflow within the case.
