What is the overclock speed? What are the voltage levels? How did you manage to reach this speed? What cooling solutions are you employing now? There are numerous guides on safely boosting an older CPU. The temperatures you're seeing are quite high.

The overclock speed is 2.9ghz. The voltages are not specified here. I reached this by watching some YouTube videos. I’m using the built-in CPU fan and my Thermaltake case includes one fan.

The temperatures are extremely high. The stock cooler won't suffice; you require improved cooling. Additionally, you haven't addressed the remaining questions.
