I increased my CPU speed and now the machine can't start up.
I just got a new cpu fan and overclocked too much, now my pc won't boot. I can't reach the bios because of a fast boot option. I've heard about a fail safe but couldn't find it. When I try to start, I get an error and the system tries to fix itself, then it shows a blue screen and restarts.
