Checking the specifications online, it looks like the X24 supports VRR, Gsync and FreeSync technologies.

If Speccy is correct (avoid using it as it frequently contains inaccuracies because it's outdated), it seems you're running at 2133MHz while your CPU and motherboard can handle up to 2666MHz. Consider adjusting those settings in the BIOS and also tweak the timing parameters.

Additionally, the monitor hasn't been updated to 144Hz yet. You can adjust it by right-clicking the desktop, selecting Display Settings, then Advanced, and changing the refresh rate.

Your setup is running at about half performance because the CPU and GPU are handling roughly double the pixel count! Could you share your specs? It looks like it might not be suitable for FHD.

It seems the timing is a bit off. Your gaming stats don’t match what you’re asking about. But remember, boosting resolution and RAM only makes a small difference unless you started with a full 8GB.

You might want to adjust your monitor's refresh rate back to its original setting, similar to the previous one. Then run the same game again and notice any differences in performance. Also, consider turning off v-sync within the game if it helps reduce lag.
