It's working perfectly now. After all this time, the fix was right there. It's amazing how quickly things improved. So far, Battlefront II and Valorant are both playable. The low frame rate happens after about 30 to 40 minutes, but the GPU recovers quickly once you're in the game for a while. It's incredible that this could be fixed by just changing an obscure setting—usually only useful with a dedicated GPU. Still, it's hard to believe. I'm going to try more games now. And guess what? Even the WhatsApp app used to run at 1 fps, but it's now smooth as butter. Let's keep testing!

I only modified the programs and optimized them for better performance. Both display UHD as the graphics, though the power-saving version seems to have issues. I didn’t include any games in this list initially. During the process, both Quick CPU and Thermal throttle were turned off and the system restarted. I’m unsure if the changes made by those programs affect the system when they’re not running. Here’s a screenshot of what I did after rebooting.
