At first, old games ran smoothly, including pre-2008 titles. But as I upgraded to more demanding titles, problems emerged. The main concern is the integrated graphics and the system’s Tmax. When the CPU hits its maximum, safety protocols activate, but the iGPU clock speed freezes at 100MHz and 1fps regardless of system load. I consulted online reviewers to see how games performed under similar conditions. I tried Valorant, which initially booted at 1fps but later stabilized. However, multiplayer sessions were inconsistent—lasting only 10–15 minutes before thermal issues resurfaced. After several attempts, I faced bans and eventually gave up. In short, this appears to be a business laptop issue. While the reviewers focused on the CPU, the core problem lies in thermal management and integrated graphics limitations. I’ve tried reinstalling Windows, updating drivers, cleaning fans, adjusting power plans, and even using cooling pads. Still, the 100MHz issue remains. Ah yes i remember you Sir, you helped a lot in my last threads regarding all this. Thank you and guess what things are getting even weirder, Today just out of curiosity i decided to open graphics settings and add an individual game to it and set it to high performance, Both options show UHD under them so there should be no difference. You know just to see what happens, and IT WORKED! IT WORKS, I have tried a few games which stuttered without throttle stop they now run like a charm and looks like something is changing. I will update accordingly, currently downloading Valorant to see if it really is true or i am dreaming... I really hope this is it, The final chapter.
