I experienced slow performance, but my build is solid and lag was never a problem. I hit my desk with a fist and the screen went dark, the fans sped up, and it felt like turning on the PC. There was no loading screen, just the ASRock logo and Windows loading (no "restarting.." message).

System: Nitro+ RX 6700 XT Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: ASRock B450 Steel Legend 240GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Cooler: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2*8GB
RAM: Kingstone A100 (older model, had benchmark issues)
PSU: Cooler Master W700 PSU

Could this be a power supply concern since it’s listed in the "avoid" section?

The top choice seems to be the GPU that has shifted into its socket. Or there might be another minor connection issue somewhere.
